Our mission is built on three pillars: Workforce Development (culinary and supplier skills), Economic Development (linking producers to buyers), and Veteran & Community Services (supported by V.O.N. Inc.). We maintain a strict distinction between commercial food-service operations like Blazen’ Bones Culinary Smokehouse and public-purpose initiatives like the Supplier Readiness Accelerator. Texas VetHUB certification helps buyers identify B&B for procurement outreach and potential prime or subcontracting opportunities. We are preparing capability information and pursuing qualified food-service and supplier partnerships. Certification does not guarantee an award. All planned assets are subject to future financing; no contracts or operational statuses are currently guaranteed.
