Workforce & Community Impact

Blaze & Brye creates functional entry points into the food, logistics, and service sectors. Our programs link local producers with expert training to bolster regional resilience. Producers and Gulf seafood partners will move through qualified processing and storage partners into culinary operations, supplier readiness and workforce training, with a dedicated facility later subject to funding, demand, site planning and approvals.

V.O.N. Inc. operates as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner and is a separate entity from Blaze & Brye Ventures LLC.

PRACTICAL PATHWAYS

Proposed Pathway

Chef Lead Training

Drafting frameworks for the proposed Blazen’ Bones Culinary Smokehouse to provide training in mobile operations and catering readiness for the localized Texas food supply ecosystem.

Proposed Pathway

Supplier Readiness

Developing the Food Supplier Readiness Accelerator as a proposed framework for small producers seeking to meet high-volume procurement and supply chain resilience standards.

Our developing pathways connect hands-on culinary training, food supplier readiness, and community partnerships. Each program advances as resources and partners are secured, with a focus on practical skills, local opportunity, and measurable outcomes.
